1. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, or incorrect supply, the item may be exchanged or refunded in full at no additional cost to the customer.
2. For all other purposes the items may be exchanged or refunded however:
• Exchanged items – all costs associated with the return to us including the delivery of the exchanged item, will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for the initial order will not be reimbursed.
• Refund – A refund of the total purchase price for the items returned will be made, ie Total invoice value less Shipping charges.
All costs associated with the return to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products must be unworn, in the same new condition as delivered to you and in their original packaging.

NB: For international customers it is recommended that returns are sent via airmail as opposed to surface mail, to avoid delays in processing your request.
UggsAvenue will not be responsible for products/orders lost in transit while being returned for exchange or refund therefore it is advisable to have the package insured, with traceable reference information.

Include all relevant information to ensure that your return/exchange is handled in the most efficient manner.
It is imperative that you provide us with your correct shipping details and address. Failure to do so will result in unnecessary delays in receiving or cancellation of your order.
To ensure delivery of your order in the shortest possible time, we utilize reputable and reliable delivery services. However we cannot be responsible for delays or any other delivery related problems after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse . We will endeavour to resolve such issues promptly, should they occur.
Delivery times (From date of despatch):
Within Australia: Regular 3-5 business days, Express 1-3 business days.
International: Air mail 5-10 business days, Express 2-5 business days.
NB: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
While we make every effort to deliver within this time, they are estimates only and actual delivery times may differ depending on your location.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time,
eg holiday seasons and out of stock items.
International Orders (Outside of Australia):
Air Mail and Express costs are based on the total weight of each order.

Should you be dissatisfied with the delivery time quoted, you may cancel your order for a full refund or wait until the delivery time quoted to have your order shipped.

Parcels returned to us unclaimed, refused or return to sender will be cancelled and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Items may be re-ordered if still required.
