Any products listed on our website www.uggsavenue.com.au (hereinafter referred to as “our website”) are supplied in accordance with these Terms and Conditions referred to in this page together with the documents referred to on it.
UggsAvenue, proudly Australian owned, have no affliation with Deckers Outdoor Corporation and their Ugg Australia brand.
You are encouraged to read these terms and conditions carefully before placing orders on the website in order to understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

CURRENCY/ PRICING.
All orders placed on this site will be billed in Australian Dollars.
UggsAvenue reserves the right to change prices for Products on display on our website at any time.

Currency Display:
Prices in International Currencies as displayed by the Currency Converter on the website are indicative prices only.
As currencies fluctuate constantly the prices charged for orders placed will be the International Currency equivalent i.e. the Australian Dollar price converted to the International Currency using the rate of exchange between the Australian Dollar and the selected International Currency applicable at the time of the International banking institution processing the transaction.
NB: The issuer of the credit/debit card used for the purchase may charge currency conversion and or other fees in relation to your order, such costs payable by the customer.

TAXES:
All prices quoted for delivery of orders within Australia are inclusive of GST.

International orders may be subject to country specific import charges, taxes/duty.
Any such costs will be the responsibility of the customer and payable accordingly. For information on import costs please contact your local customs office or postal authorities.

RETURNS POLICY

Be confident when ordering from UggsAvenue as if you are not satisfied with any item ordered you may return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, or incorrect supply, the item may be exchanged or refunded in full at no additional cost to the customer.
2. For all other purposes the items may be exchanged or refunded however:
   Exchanged items – all costs associated with the return to us including the delivery of the exchanged item, will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for the initial order will not be reimbursed.
   • Refund – A refund of the total purchase price for the items returned will be made, ie Total invoice value less Shipping charges.
   All costs associated with the return to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returned products must be unworn, in the same new condition as delivered to you and in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of your invoice and return them to the following address:

NB: For international customers it is recommended that returns are sent via airmail as opposed to surface mail, to avoid delays in processing your request.

UggsAvenue will not be responsible for products/orders lost in transit while being returned for exchange or refund therefore it is advisable to have the package insured, with traceable reference information.

Prior to returning any item, please contact us by email with your request.
Include all relevant information to ensure that your return/exchange is handled in the most efficient manner.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide by air mail or express and orders are normally shipped within 3 business days from receipt of order.

It is imperative that you provide us with your correct shipping, contact details and address. Failure to do so will result in unnecessary delays in receiving or cancellation of your order.

To ensure delivery of your order in the shortest possible time, we utilize reputable and reliable delivery services. However we cannot be responsible for delays or any other delivery related problems after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We will endeavour to resolve such issues promptly, should they occur.

Delivery times (From date of despatch):
 Within Australia: Regular 3-5 business days, Express 1-3 business days.
 International: Air mail 5-10 business days, Express 2-5 business days.
NB: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
While we make every effort to deliver within this time, they are estimates only and actual delivery times may differ depending on your location.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time e.g. holiday seasons and out of stock items.

Shipping Costs:
Within Australia: Regular – Free, Express – $15.00
NB: Shipping costs for Express is applicable to one pair of footwear.
For each additional pair included in the same order, the shipping cost will be charged at 50% of the Express rate, i.e. $7.50.

International Orders (Outside of Australia):
Air Mail and Express costs are based on the total weight of each order.
To calculate shipping costs, select a product, add it to the cart, select country of destination then click “Calculate shipping”.

BACK ORDERS:

In the event that an item is not in stock at the time of placing your order, we will contact you with an expected delivery time.

Should you be dissatisfied with the delivery time quoted, you may cancel your order for a full refund or wait until the delivery time quoted to have your order shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, the conditions as per our returns policy apply.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE:
It will be assumed by UggsAvenue that any person having accepted delivery of an order at the delivery address is authorised to do so.

CANCELLATIONS
We attempt to ship orders within 24 hours therefore cancellations must be communicated to us within this time period.

Orders shipped prior to receiving your cancellation advice:

• Items may be returned in accordance with our return policy
• All costs associated with the return to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Parcels.
Parcels returned to us unclaimed, refused or return to sender will be cancelled and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Items may be re-ordered if still required.
